The Associate Client Services Manager (ACSM) will deliver high quality support to Emmaus clients and staff. The ASCM may assist the Client Services Manager (CSM) in supervising up to 20 staff and generally support up to 12 clients in 2-3 homes by helping with staffing, scheduling, guardian relationship(s), regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction. The ACSM will ensure clients are living their best lives with the proper and appropriate supports. Emmaus Core Values: Customer Centered, Integrity, Initiative, and Collaboration.
