As a part of the Support Services department, the Associate will be instrumental in growing and expanding existing accounts and relationships, ensuring that clients receive the best possible service and support. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities. You will execute business and sales strategies aimed at expanding customer usage through upsells, renewals, and proactive account management. This includes developing customized programs tailored to meet the specific IT needs of clients and providing consultations about ITC's offerings. Building positive and productive relationships with clients is essential, as is working in compliance with company standards and business guidelines. Additionally, the Associate will regularly interact with various internal teams, including Marketing, Inside Sales, and Pre-Sales. This collaboration is crucial for leveraging multiple groups to enhance current client usage and providing valuable feedback to refine product focus, market messaging, and campaigns.
