Johnson and Johnson, Inc. is seeking an Associate Clinical Account Specialist (ACAS) for the Rapid City and Sioux Falls, SD area. This position is designed as a 6-9 month training program for individuals with little to no experience in electrophysiology (EP). Upon successful completion of the training, the ACAS will be promoted to a Clinical Account Specialist (CAS). In this role, the CAS will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance to physicians and EP lab staff, focusing on the effective use of BWI's systems and catheter equipment, including the CARTO® System and associated software modules during case procedures. The primary goal is to meet and exceed business objectives while ensuring high-quality support and training to medical professionals. The ACAS will engage in comprehensive training, which includes understanding the dynamics of an EP lab, interacting with various stakeholders, and developing solutions based on training dialogues. The role requires maintaining composure in high-stress situations, responding to requests via email and voicemail, and collaborating with local teams and support staff. Adherence to company guidelines regarding health, safety, and compliance with regulations is essential.
