About The Position
The Associate Collections Representative is responsible for ensuring accurate reimbursement from third-party payers and resolving assigned accounts in a timely manner. This role involves performing systematic reviews of unpaid, underpaid, and denied accounts, addressing denials, and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. The position requires effective communication with payers and the ability to analyze discrepancies in payments. The role is full-time and allows for telecommuting from anywhere within the U.S.
