About the position

The Associate Community Manager at PMP Management is a vital role focused on providing exceptional administrative support to Community Managers while ensuring outstanding customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors. This position is designed for detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment and are passionate about community management and client relations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
  • Directly assist the Community Manager with community-related tasks.
  • Assemble board packets, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable.
  • Update association portals with current documents, board member names and positions, community calendar, posting minutes, and sending email blasts.
  • Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Create monthly newsletters.
  • Assist with the architectural application process.
  • Create work orders for the appropriate vendor, follow up on the status of work orders, and update system notes as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required
  • 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
  • Extraordinary customer service skills
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
  • Strong organizational skills
  • An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor
