About the position

At Church & Dwight, we are seeking a passionate and talented Associate to join our newly established Digital Strategy team within the Digital Growth function. This role is pivotal in managing the holistic full-funnel digital strategy and deployment to impact consumers across all points of the digital journey. The Associate Community Manager will specifically focus on managing vibrant social communities across leading brands like Arm & Hammer and OxiClean. This position is responsible for content strategy, content creation, daily posting, monitoring, and engaging with our community. The Associate will be expected to develop, execute, and post best-in-class social content on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest. This includes leading the organic and paid media asset placement and performance, ensuring community questions and comments are addressed within 24 hours, and providing a high-touch experience when escalation is required. The role also involves monitoring social media platforms for user-generated content (UGC), product feedback, and relevant trends, as well as defining and tracking success metrics monthly. As a key member of the inter-agency team, the Associate will be accountable for annual Brand plans and responsible for the ideation and execution of strategic social initiatives. This includes cultivating an influencer network from discovery and recruitment to contracting and relationship management. The Associate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support all areas of the business through social media initiatives and will complete campaign performance analysis and reporting on KPIs. The role requires a willingness to monitor the community during off hours and may involve working after hours or on weekends to support events.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute and post best-in-class social content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • Lead the organic and paid media asset placement and performance.
  • Ensure community questions, comments and related opportunities are answered within 24 hours; provide a well-executed, high-touch experience when escalation is required.
  • Monitor social media platforms for UGC, product feedback, relevant trends, etc.
  • Define and track success metrics monthly.
  • Be a key member of the inter-agency team accountable for annual Brand plans and responsible for ideation and execution of strategic social initiatives.
  • Create, curate, and post social media content.
  • Cultivate influencer network from discovery, recruitment and contracting through relationship management.
  • Work with cross-functional teams on an ongoing basis to support all areas of the business through social media initiatives.
  • Complete campaigns performance analysis and reporting on KPIs.
  • Attend meetings with cross-functional and inter-agency teams, capture action items and execute on aligned plan.
  • Able to execute digital marketing campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • 3-6 years related experience with demonstrated success working in top social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and Pinterest.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; previous community management and copywriting experience preferred.
  • Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to do in-house editing of social & video content is a plus.
  • Experience working with social analytics and planning tools.
  • Understand that social media is 24/7 and may require monitoring the community on off hours; willing to work after hours or on weekends to support events.
