About the position

The Associate Community Manager at PMP is responsible for supporting Community Managers with various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors. This role involves organizing community events, preparing board meeting materials, and maintaining association portals, contributing to the overall management of community developments in Georgetown, TX.

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer service to homeowners, Board Members, and vendors.
• Assist the Community Manager with community-related tasks.
• Assemble board packets, including copying, binding, labeling envelopes, and mailing when applicable.
• Prepare meeting areas and attend monthly board meetings to take minutes.
• Update association portals with current documents, board member names and positions, community calendar, and post minutes.
• Organize community events and manage communication with residents, vendors, and volunteers.
• Communicate and coordinate with third-party vendors.
• Create monthly newsletters.
• Assist with the architectural application process.
• Create work orders for vendors, follow up on the status of work orders, and update system notes as necessary.

Requirements

• 4 Year College Degree preferred but not required
• 1-2 Years of experience in an administrative role
• Extraordinary customer service skills
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in reviewing and understanding budgets and financial statements
• Strong organizational skills
• An honest, responsible, optimistic, and enjoyable demeanor

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in property management
• Familiarity with community engagement strategies
• Knowledge of financial statement preparation
