About the position

The Associate Connectivity & Network Engineer - Incident Support Specialist role at Capgemini is an entry-level position focused on incident management and user access support. The specialist will be responsible for handling first-level incidents, triaging support tickets, and providing frontline assistance for user access issues related to business applications. This position requires a solid understanding of computer systems and effective communication skills, with a preference for experience in identity and access management tools.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for first level incident management and triaging of support tickets
  • Perform frontline support pertaining to user access related issues to business applications like CRM and FinOps
  • Handle move, add, change related queries and support for user database and role-based access
  • Analyze data to build reports and dashboards

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of computer systems and MS tools, particularly Excel
  • Proven experience in a client services environment with good communication skills
  • Preferred experience with identity & access management tools like Cisco Duo, Ping-ID, Okta
  • Programming or scripting experience in languages such as JavaScript or Python
