Responsibilities

• Assist team members with client engagement support and coordination.
• Gather and organize relevant data and work papers from clients and state agencies.
• Research client operations and service lines to enhance understanding.
• Prepare monthly project status updates and other client deliverables.
• Draft emails, memos, and responses to client inquiries.
• Travel to client sites for fieldwork as needed.
• Process information for analysis and compliance purposes.
• Assist in preparing presentations and other deliverables for management.
• Track and record time and expenses accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and materials.
• Utilize the myRyan work environment effectively to achieve results.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of three years of related practice-specific experience or a four-year degree with a minimum GPA of 2.80.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Nice-to-haves

• Accounting and financial knowledge or experience.
• Familiarity with financial systems and processes such as Workday.
