About the position

The Associate Controller at TechIntelli Solutions, Inc. is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and maintaining accurate financial reporting. This hybrid role involves managing payroll, supporting SOX readiness, and identifying opportunities for process improvements within the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures.
• Oversee daily accounting operations and backups.
• Support month/quarter/year-end close processes.
• Execute SOX readiness plans and maintain internal controls.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure compliance with ASC 842 for leases.
• Monitor cash, bank balances, payroll, and revenue recognition.
• Assist with external audits and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred.
• 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Proficient in SAP S4 Hana; knowledge of SOX compliance.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with financial reporting and audits.
• Familiarity with ASC 842 compliance.
