About the position

The Associate Coordinator role involves coordinating project activities to ensure compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements. This position supports the Project Manager in developing and monitoring project safety standards, environmental compliance, job scheduling, and cost-effectiveness. The role also includes providing human resources counsel and advice while working collaboratively with business unit staff to resolve HR matters.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities ensuring compliance with contract terms and regulatory requirements.
• Develop, evaluate, and monitor project safety standards and environmental compliance.
• Manage job scheduling and cost-effectiveness of projects.
• Provide contractor liaison assistance as directed by the Project Manager.
• Work collaboratively with business unit staff to resolve human resource matters.
• Administer HR programs and provide human resources counsel and advice.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of related experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is mandatory.
• Attention to detail and multitasking skills are essential.
