In this role, you will be the day-to-day leader of team(s) and actively guide your team to produce work that aligns with the creative brief and solves client challenges in an original and innovative way. You will contribute creative concepts and partner with Strategy teams to approve creative briefs as needed. Working closely with your copy partner, you will guide your team(s) to stay focused on the big idea and contribute award-worthy concepts and recommendations to execute ideas. You will lead production efforts, demonstrating the ability to work within budget or articulate justification to increase the budget for projects. Building strong relationships with clients and spotting opportunities to enhance or build on a project will be key, as will your ability to present confidently to clients and clearly communicate how creative work/design meets strategic and business objectives. You will manage multiple projects, sometimes for various brands with different scopes, ensuring that all project deadlines for yourself and your team are met.

Responsibilities

  • Fosters strong relationships with clients and spots opportunities to enhance or build on a project (upsell)
  • Presents confidently to clients and clearly communicates how creative work/design meets the strategic and business objective
  • Manages multiple projects, sometimes for various brands with different scopes, ensuring all project deadlines are met

Requirements

  • Possess high degree of creativity: ability to generate innovative, award-worthy creative and strategic ideas that solve clients' business challenges
  • Eager to collaborate with copy partner and cross-functional teams including Account, Strategy, Social, UX and Medical teams
  • Displays confident and persuasive presentation skills and can respond well to challenging client situations
  • Strong proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Portfolio that demonstrates creative and conceptual thinking and award-winning work preferably in the healthcare/pharma industry
  • 5-7 years of equivalent experience with 3-5 years of supervisory experience
