The Associate Creative Director (ACD) plays a pivotal role in the creative process, assisting in the management of high-quality advertising materials. This position serves as a crucial client liaison, responsible for presenting various stages of work to clients and ensuring that the creative output aligns with brand objectives and business challenges. The ACD is not only a creative leader but also a mentor, actively guiding team members and providing developmental opportunities to foster their growth. This role requires a deep understanding of the brand and the ability to devise innovative solutions that resonate with target audiences. In this position, the ACD will be responsible for developing comprehensive 360 campaigns from inception to execution, ensuring that all creative work is on-brand and meets the established brief. The ACD will ideate, conceptualize, and art direct projects with a strong strategic creative sense, crafting designs that effectively communicate through broadcast, digital, and experiential channels. Collaboration is key, as the ACD will work closely with Writers, Visual Designers, Experience Designers, Content Specialists, Creative Technologists, and Producers to bring campaigns to life. The ACD will also demonstrate strong presentation skills, regularly showcasing their own work and keeping abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. Participation in new business pitches is expected, along with the supervision of junior team members, providing them with feedback, guidance, and opportunities for development. The ACD will manage large creative presentation decks from multiple teams, overseeing creative assignments from development through production, and will be proactive in finding creative opportunities, even those that have not been assigned.
