About the position

The Associate Creative Director will play a pivotal role in leading creative strategies and managing a team within a rapidly growing agency. This hybrid position requires a blend of storytelling, brand creativity, and digital design expertise, with a focus on delivering high-quality client deliverables. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams and building strong client relationships while working in a modern office equipped with advanced technology.

Responsibilities

• Applying strong visual design and storytelling from concept development to final execution
• Developing and executing creative strategies that align with the client's overall brand vision
• Leading and mentoring a team of creative professionals
• Overseeing the Creative Team's production from concept development to final execution
• Ensuring high-quality client deliverables
• Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted advisor
• Making strategic recommendations and fostering collaborative conversations
• Working seamlessly with all internal teams/departments; being the voice of the creative team for both internal and external audiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years of agency experience in storytelling, brand creative, and ideally digital/virtual/experience design
• Experience leading and managing creatives to powerful results
• Experience collaborating successfully as part of a cross-functional leadership team
• Portfolio showcasing integrated campaign work, ideally in B2B, Financial Services, Automotive, and/or Manufacturing clients
• Experience working in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Sketch.
