About the position

Coho (Content House) is the internal advertising agency within the Personal Care division of Procter & Gamble (P&G). We are seeking an Associate Creative Director with a strong background in art direction to lead the development of effective and award-winning advertising campaigns for some of P&G's most recognized brands, including Safeguard, Ivory, Olay, Gillette Deodorant, and Secret Deodorant. This role is designed for a creative individual who possesses exceptional conceptual skills and has a deep understanding of advertising history. The ideal candidate will be an idea machine, capable of identifying and rectifying poor briefs, and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. In this position, you will be responsible for leading the advertising campaign work for major brands, ensuring that all creative output meets the highest standards of quality and aligns with client objectives. You will work closely with a small but rapidly growing creative team, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages innovation and professional growth. Your experience in production will be invaluable as you bring your ideas to life, whether through hands-on creation or by collaborating with external freelancers and agencies when necessary. As a strategic thinker, you will drive creative excellence across various media, including television, print, digital, social, radio, out-of-home (OOH), and activations. Strong presentation skills are essential, as you will be required to present creative concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met or exceeded. This role is perfect for an experienced and mature creative who can handle challenges with resilience and continuously deliver improved outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects.
  • Review and approve campaign work, ensuring it aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Work closely with content house brand managers and in-house clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Present creative concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Efficiently allocate resources, manage workloads, and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  • Identify and resolve any workflow issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in art direction with at least 1 year in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and design skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
