About The Position

The Associate Creative Director, Art position at Clutch Creative involves leading and directing creative projects within the agency, ensuring high-quality deliverables while collaborating closely with the Creative Director and design team. This role is pivotal in maintaining brand standards and contributing to innovative campaign concepts, with a focus on both design execution and team management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other innovative design tools.
• Strong branding and design skills.
• Experience managing a creative team and billing hours.
• Retouching capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities, anticipating demands and communicating status effectively.
• Previous experience managing a team in an agency setting.

Responsibilities

• Direct the creative on client programs from concept generation to design execution.
• Provide guidance and feedback to the design team throughout projects.
• Track the design team's production, including hours, billing, and project management updates for clients.
• Maintain brand standards and design systems, particularly in the UX/UI space.
• Provide direction and inspiration while maintaining constant communication with the team.
• Contribute ideas and original concepts for 360 campaigns.
• Oversee the quality of creative deliverables across various projects.
