About the position

The Associate Creative Director, Art at Barkley is a pivotal role that combines leadership and hands-on creativity to produce exceptional work for national QSR brands and other accounts. This position requires a strong understanding of design and the ability to mentor junior team members while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team. The ACD will be responsible for leading projects, presenting ideas to clients, and ensuring that creative work aligns with client objectives and brand strategies.

Responsibilities

• Mentor junior members of the team
• Gain a thorough understanding of the client's business and industry
• Lead a piece of business with passion, vision, and maturity
• Present to clients and sell work
• Build relationships within BarkleyOKRP and with clients
• Create outstanding work as both a leader and a doer

Requirements

• Strong design skills
• Ability to create unique visual solutions through mixed media
• Experience in client communication and campaign objectives
• Proven leadership abilities in a creative environment
• Ability to make wise and responsible decisions
