About the position

The Associate Creative Director (Art) at Digitas is responsible for leading teams in the development and execution of creative projects, ranging from large-scale multi-channel campaigns to smaller initiatives. This role emphasizes the importance of strategic insights and storytelling in crafting compelling ideas, while also directing teams with a strong understanding of both art direction and copywriting. The position requires collaboration with various agency capabilities to inform and enhance the creative work, as well as building strong relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams in the development and execution of creative projects.
• Understand and leverage strategic insights and storytelling to create compelling ideas.
• Direct teams with a focus on both art direction and copywriting.
• Collaborate with agency capabilities including strategy, media, DnA, and tech.
• Build and maintain relationships internally and externally.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in a relevant field.
• At least six years of experience at a competitive creative agency.
• Strong brand-building, digital, and multimedia experience.
• Proven track record of successful creative work on cross-channel campaigns.
