At Fingerpaint, we are a health and wellness agency that prides itself on being independent and built on a foundation of empathy. We celebrate the unique contributions of each individual, both as a professional and as a person. With a talented team spread across the United States and Europe, we have successfully launched over 200 brands, demonstrating our commitment to creating and executing meaningful experiences. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative work produced across multiple accounts. This includes assigning teams, inspiring them to consistently deliver exceptional concepts and final work, and collaborating closely with account management to ensure client satisfaction with the quality of our creative output, the value of our services, and our responsiveness to their needs. Your role will require you to work collaboratively with various capabilities, including account management and project management, to maximize the productivity of the art team. You will help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration, working alongside the Associate Creative Director (ACD) and Art team to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns. Managing multiple projects under tight deadlines will be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as will estimating copy hours and participating in client meetings. You will lead concept presentations and provide both written and face-to-face feedback for annual performance reviews, as well as ongoing feedback throughout the year when requested. Additionally, you will be involved in identifying and interviewing prospective creative candidates, leading the creative teams in the development of concepts and execution of all projects. It is essential to demonstrate to clients that you understand their products and marketing challenges, and that you are responsive to their strategic and creative needs. Representing the agency at client meetings and social events will also be part of your role, requiring strong presentation skills and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
