As an Associate Creative Director (Copy), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative direction for our clients, particularly Colgate-Palmolive, a caring and innovative growth company that is reimagining a healthier future for all people, their pets, and our planet. You will be responsible for leading creative projects, mentoring younger creatives, and ensuring that our work not only meets but exceeds client expectations. Your strong conceptual skills and polished client presentation abilities will be essential in articulating how our creative solutions address client challenges. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with a diverse team to craft compelling narratives that resonate with audiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Lead creative projects and ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations.
  • Mentor and guide junior creatives in their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts and strategies.
  • Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, demonstrating a clear vision and understanding of their needs.
  • Craft strong, conceptual writing that can adapt between humor and premium tones.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably with a design or writing emphasis.
  • Seven-plus years of writing experience in an agency setting.
  • Strong conceptual skills and a solid knowledge of the digital landscape.
  • Polished client presentation skills that demonstrate a clear vision of how the work addresses client challenges.
  • Ability to lead by example and mentor younger creatives in their development.
  • Desire to work collaboratively as part of a larger team in a fast-paced environment.
