About the position

The Associate Creative Director, Copywriter at Huge, Inc. is responsible for managing high-profile clients and their brands, executing integrated projects that align with client storytelling and brand objectives. Responsibilities

  • Interact with and manage world-class clients and their brands, serving as a key point of contact for all creative matters.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective campaign strategies.
  • Oversee and execute the creative process within multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring collaboration and cohesion.
  • Mentor and develop creative team members, helping them build their career paths and grow their skills.
  • Contribute to the creative direction for projects, ensuring alignment with clients' brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Drive innovation and push the boundaries of storytelling, keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
  • Ensure the highest standards of creative excellence and quality control across projects.
  • Regularly review and provide feedback on deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in an integrated brand creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional campaign and storytelling client work.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A passion for ideas and storytelling, making work that delivers an impact and fosters meaningful connections with the audience.

  • Experience and passion for making connections between different disciplines and crafts within creative.
