Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects.
• Provide strategic and creative direction for all projects.
• Work closely with brand managers and in-house clients to understand their needs.
• Present creative concepts and solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
• Efficiently allocate resources and manage workloads to meet project deadlines.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in copy/associate creative direction.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role at the Associate Creative Director level in an agency.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of creative professionals.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects and copy skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Keynote and a thesaurus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
