About the position

The Associate Creative Director, Copywriter at Momentum Worldwide is a strategic creative leader responsible for developing and maintaining brand language consistency across various projects. This role involves collaborating with integrated teams to deliver innovative creative ideas, mentoring junior team members, and managing multiple work-streams while ensuring successful execution of activations within established budgets and timelines. The position emphasizes a strong focus on language and requires a natural communicator with excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Concept and collaborate with the integrated team to deliver innovative creative ideas while maintaining a cohesive brand voice/identity.
• Provide writing support and expertise across a wide variety of executions.
• Collaborate with team members to offer innovative ideas for creative briefs and strategy.
• Track multiple parallel deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ensure successful execution of activations within established budgets and timeframes and on strategy.
• Partner successfully with other creatives and across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Present work internally and manage multiple teams indirectly.
• Actively participate in and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
• Stay abreast of industry and technology trends.
• Articulate vision, ideas, and objectives to vendors.
• Mentor more junior team members.
• Attend on-site visits and shoots as needed to ensure the vision comes to life.

Requirements

• College degree with a focus in Copywriting
• 6-8 years of experience in a related field
• Innovative concepting skills and great presentation skills
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Natural communicator with strong visual and verbal presentation skills
• Positive attitude, genuine team player, self-starter, and go-getter attitude
