As the Associate Creative Director (Maternity Coverage) within the Chegg Creative Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring our creative team to produce compelling and effective marketing campaigns. This position is responsible for overseeing the creative direction, ensuring brand consistency, and driving innovation across all marketing initiatives. You will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, guiding the team to create impactful content that resonates with our audience and aligns with Chegg's mission to support students in their educational journey. In this role, you will provide creative direction and guidance to the creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. You will lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and video. As a brand guardian, you will ensure that all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity. Your responsibilities will also include supervising and mentoring a team of six creatives, providing feedback, guidance, and support to foster their professional growth and development. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Content, to align creative strategies with business objectives and ensure seamless execution. Additionally, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies will be essential to continually enhance the effectiveness of our creative efforts.
