The Associate Creative Director (ACD) Digital/Art at Bose is a pivotal role within the marketing team, responsible for ideating and executing impactful digital experiences that resonate with customers. Responsibilities

• Ideate and execute meaningful digital experiences on Bose owned and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with Creative Leads, Art Directors, Copywriters, Designers, and Producers to deliver creative that achieves marketing goals.
• Translate briefs into creative concepts and effective campaigns.
• Lead and inspire team members to push creative boundaries and develop impactful work.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in marketing communications/advertising, particularly in digital and at agencies.
• Proven track record of developing impactful work for leading brands.
• Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
• Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma.
