As the Associate Creative Director/Marketing Content Lead, you will play a pivotal role in executing our brand story and voice, ensuring it resonates across key communication channels, initiatives, and marketing campaigns. This position is ideal for a strategic writer and thinker who excels in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to enhancing our brand through exceptional copywriting and content strategy. You will lead our storytelling efforts to support the deployment of our new brand and narrative, driving Copeland's transformation and growth. In this role, you will innovate and implement creative solutions for complex marketing challenges, write strategic copy and messaging, and provide writing support for major change initiatives. You will collaborate with communications and marketing leaders to ensure a cohesive visual and verbal brand story, steward brand voice across various channels, and lead a global team of content specialists to produce high-quality, engaging stories that align with our brand standards and strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic B2B content campaigns.
  • Write and refine strategic copy and messaging to deploy the brand narrative.
  • Provide writing support for major change initiatives and corporate sustainability stories.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive brand narrative.
  • Manage a global team of content specialists to produce engaging stories for various initiatives.
  • Stay current on trends and best practices in marketing and communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, English, or Communications.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications writing, or copywriting.
  • Experience in telling corporate sustainability stories and developing ESG reports.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice-to-haves

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise marketing or a related position at an agency.
  • Experience with B2B marketing and communications strategies.
  • Knowledge of digital and AI platforms for content creation and workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com.
