About the position

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a highly skilled Associate Creative Director of Art with a strong background in Graphic Design and Art Direction to focus on digital betting and gaming products. The role requires a passionate individual who excels in data-driven creativity, critical thinking, and effective communication. The ideal candidate will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client branding and strategy while leading a team to deliver exceptional creative solutions across various platforms.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client, Creative Director & ECD with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
• Own projects from start to finish, managing and working independently under tight deadlines.
• Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.
• Work with Team Members to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
• Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the team, ensuring that everyone is busy.
• Mentor Team Members and help them achieve agency creative standards.
• Conduct monthly 1 on 1s with Team Members to create short- and long-term goals and measure progress towards those goals.
• Address and document any performance issues.
• Approve all production jobs before they are sent to client.
• Welcome new team members to your group and get them up-to-speed with processes and procedures.

Requirements

• A portfolio of amazing work
• 10 years' agency/design experience
• BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred)
• A proven track record of creative ability and judgment
• Proven track record of commitment to go the extra mile in time and effort to produce the very best work.
