About the position

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an Associate Creative Director of Art to lead creative efforts for digital betting and gaming products. This role combines hands-on creative work with management responsibilities, focusing on delivering data-driven creative solutions while ensuring team productivity and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a passion for art direction and graphic design, capable of juggling multiple projects and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client, Creative Director & ECD with the development of concepts, strategies, and client presentations.
• Own projects from start to finish.
• Manage and work independently, under tight deadlines, while juggling multiple projects.
• Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding.
• Be part of the leading team that makes The Source thrive: buzzing, happy, innovative, dedicated, and inspired.
• Work with Team Members to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns.
• Manage workloads to maximize productivity of the team, ensuring that everyone is busy.
• Work closely with your creative director and account executives to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Mentor Team Members and help them achieve agency creative standards.
• Conduct monthly 1 on 1s with Team Members to create short- and long-term goals and measure progress towards those goals.
• Address and document any performance issues.
• Approve all production jobs before they are sent to client.
• Welcome new team members to your group and get them up-to-speed and familiar with all our processes and procedures.

Requirements

• A portfolio of amazing work
• 10+ years' agency/design experience
• BA degree (Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field preferred)
• A proven track record of creative ability and judgment
• Proven track record of commitment to go the extra mile in time and effort to produce the very best work.
