About the position

The Associate Creative Director in Payments Marketing at JPMorgan Chase will lead the creative vision and execution of impactful marketing campaigns for the Payments division. This role involves shaping the visual identity and brand narrative of payment solutions, collaborating with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals, and maintaining high standards of creative excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, inspiring innovation in design.
• Set the creative direction for marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand guidelines.
• Oversee the cohesion and consistency of the Payments expression across all channels.
• Develop deeper design systems for the Payments group.
• Partner with marketing, product, and strategy teams to create integrated campaigns.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to align on creative vision and execution.
• Identify and create direction for high-impact marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with external creative agencies to ensure alignment with JPMorgan Chase's standards.
• Pitch creative ideas and brand initiatives to senior leadership.
• Develop and deliver presentations that communicate creative concepts clearly and effectively.
• Maintain the highest standards of creative excellence.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles within fast-paced industries.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing creative strategies that drive business results.
• Ability to conceptualize, shape projects, inspire teams, and sell ideas to clients/stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire creative teams.
• Experience in managing both internal teams and external agency relationships.
• Understanding of marketing, brand development, and the unique challenges within the B2B Segment.
• Exceptional communication skills.
