We are seeking an experienced and talented Associate Creative Director with an Art Direction background to join our team to support our client, a leading fashion industry brand. This candidate should have considerable social media experience, both in leading the creation of content, as well as the ability to create content themselves. This includes being up-to-date on the latest social trends and creation tools. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling content for big consumer brands across multiple social media platforms, including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. This is a hybrid position working remotely and also embedded within the client's office space in San Francisco for a yet-to-be-determined regular cadence.

Responsibilities

  • Client-facing responsibilities, leading the day-to-day workflow in San Francisco.
  • Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored to each platform to drive engagement, brand awareness, and growth.
  • Create social-focused content with internet creator-level capabilities that go beyond traditional advertising art direction or design.
  • Produce high-quality and visually stunning content, including videos, graphics, motion graphics, and written copy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and target audience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to continuously optimize content performance.
  • Ingest and understand content metrics as presented to you as areas for improvement and inform future content strategies.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative ideas to enhance content quality and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven experience creating content for big consumer brands across TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Proven experience working and developing content in conjunction with creators and influencers.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Proficiency in motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to directly interface with executives on the client side.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $75,000—$180,000 USD based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
