As an Associate Creative Director - Writer (Bilingual), your team is compiled of multi-talented creative and strategic thinkers who concept, create and produce high-quality work that is relevant to the brand and compelling to the target audience. You have advanced skills in idea generation and writing, that can flex from digital to traditional and short to long form. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create concepts that work across multiple channels, and operate with a high degree of autonomy. Your role will involve consulting across the agency, clients, and external partners to create and trans-create ideas for multi-cultural and Hispanic audiences. You will be responsible for concepting and writing for a variety of touchpoints, including advertising, promotional materials, digital advertising, video, social media, and articles, based on client direction. Additionally, you will create concepts for the strategic positioning of new products and services, from consumer need to naming to final idea. Collaboration with legal and client teams is essential, as is the ability to present ideas to internal teams and clients, engaging in strategic discussions and building upon feedback. You will also direct and supervise creative from concept through production, including client and legal reviews.
