About the position

The Associate Creative Director will support the Creative Studio in developing and executing marketing and brand campaigns across various channels. This role involves overseeing a team of Art Directors and designers, ensuring alignment with the marketing strategy, and providing conceptual and stylistic leadership. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, focusing on Consumables and grocery service campaigns while demonstrating strong organizational and design skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement creative vision across all user touchpoints (owned & paid).
• Lead and ideate on 360° concept development, strategy, and design across all channels.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, site operations, integrated strategy, and external agencies to ensure creative cohesion at every touchpoint.
• Develop creative leadership and marketing pitch decks to gain alignment and set the team up for success.
• Manage the growth and development of 2+ Art Directors and a team of designers.
• Attend photoshoots as needed.
• Design assets and brand campaigns as required.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional design experience in advertising, e-commerce, and production.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field (online portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Microsoft Office, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of responsive/adaptive design.
• Excellent organizational skills with diligent follow-through.
• Exceptional written, communication, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• In-house and agency experience.
• Photo art direction experience, ideally in the food/lifestyle space.
• Understanding of the print process and mechanicals.
