About the position

The Associate Creative Director will play a pivotal role in the design process, working within the client's Design System to produce innovative and effective digital communications. This position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure the creative vision is realized through professional-grade designs, focusing on accessibility and brand guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class digital communications for the client's website across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms, emphasizing accessibility.
• Lead the design system's strategy to ensure consistency and quality in design outputs.
• Deliver 100% error-free, pixel-perfect layout solutions according to design system templates.
• Develop responsive web designs that adhere to established brand guidelines while exploring new creative avenues.
• Design assets from initial concepts (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) to final delivery (web-optimized assets, AEM authored pages, development handoff).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a marketing/advertising agency setting, with at least 3 years of digital design experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; High school diploma required.
• Proven ability to design against a creative brief, demonstrated through a portfolio or existing work.
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Ability to work onsite at the client's office in Stamford, CT at least one day per month.
