About the position

Veeva Systems is seeking a highly motivated Associate Creative Director to join their Creative Services team. This role involves planning and executing creative strategies for a variety of digital and printed marketing materials aimed at supporting the company's SaaS products in the life sciences industry. The Associate Creative Director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality design and effective communication of Veeva's brand and values.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior member of the creative team, establishing design guidelines and reviewing output for quality and strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide creative solutions informed by a deep understanding of customer needs across market segments.
• Lead and execute design solutions for various marketing assets, including event collateral, reports, case studies, and social media graphics.
• Manage complex digital and printed projects with minimal oversight, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
• Refine creative processes to enhance speed, efficiency, and accuracy in project execution.
• Contribute to the evolution of Veeva's brand expression and visual identity.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant in-house or agency experience in B2B marketing design (print and digital).
• At least 2 years of in-house experience.
• 2+ years of remote team experience across multiple international time zones.
• 2+ years of experience as a creative team lead, providing feedback and upholding design standards.
• Portfolio demonstrating high craft and design excellence in brand marketing applications, preferably in a complex B2B context.
• Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and experience with Adobe XD and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong typography, layout, and image-making abilities, along with interactive/web design skills.
