In this role, the Associate Creative Director will lead dynamic creative discovery and presentation meetings with clients, showcasing their ability to represent the organization professionally while utilizing excellent listening and relationship-building skills. A clear understanding of the fundamentals of creative execution, effective marketing, and omni-channel advertising is essential, as the Associate Creative Director will develop budgets proportional to media spend, set realistic timeline expectations, and close creative opportunities while focusing on targeted financial metrics. The position also involves hiring vendors who possess an exceptional understanding of visual storytelling through various creative mediums, ensuring the best outcomes within budget for each project. The Associate Creative Director will manage multiple assigned projects in an organized and proactive manner, consistently communicating and updating project status in CRM and project management software. Thriving in a fast-paced sales organization, this role requires proactive problem-solving and the ability to offer revenue-generating solutions. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • 2-5 years of relative work experience in a creative or marketing role.
  • Strong understanding of creative execution and marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in project management and CRM software.
