About the position

The Associate Creative Director at Blue Hour Studios is responsible for leading creative development from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality content output for brand partners. This role combines creative and influencer practices to foster community-driven creativity across various formats. The position requires strong leadership skills to mentor junior creatives, manage client relationships, and collaborate across departments to deliver innovative and effective creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development from idea to execution.
• Consistently generate original and effective creative ideas with minimal oversight.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, production partners, and internal teams.
• Lead client presentations of creative ideas and strategically defend creative choices.
• Develop and flex a brand's tone of voice across various platforms and media.
• Maintain high craft standards while adapting concepts to fit budgets and timelines.
• Oversee creative processes through pre-production, production, and post-production phases.
• Demonstrate excellent written and presentation skills with clients and internally.
• Manage multiple client briefs and deliverables simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Mentor and manage junior employees within the Creative & Creator Team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative and content production for brands or businesses.
• Portfolio showcasing branded content and advertising work.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Fluency in presentation and slide design in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel preferred).
• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro.
• Superior attention to detail and collaborative nature.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
