About the position

The Associate Creative Director at Warner Bros. Discovery plays a pivotal role in developing and implementing innovative video campaigns across various platforms, focusing on Brand and Corporate Communications as well as Original Programming. This position involves overseeing project execution, managing budgets, and mentoring a team of producers while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure creative objectives are met.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative video campaigns for Brand and Corporate Communications.
• Oversee project execution and manage multiple budgets.
• Mentor a team of producers and oversee external vendor work.
• Liaise with corporate partners, internal editorial teams, and creative agencies.
• Provide leadership and creative direction on AV requests from Corporate relations partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Participate in managing in-house content production and editing.
• Elevate creative work through hands-on collaboration with editors.
