About the position

The Associate Creative Director at Warner Bros. Discovery is responsible for developing and implementing innovative video campaigns across multiple platforms, focusing on Brand and Corporate Communications as well as Original Programming. This role involves leading a team of producers, managing budgets, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure projects meet their goals and are executed effectively.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement innovative video campaigns for Brand and Corporate Communications.
• Oversee project execution and manage a team of producers.
• Liaise with corporate partners and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
• Manage multiple budgets associated with various projects.
• Provide creative direction on AV requests from Corporate relations partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
• Expert knowledge of production management and post-production processes.
• Strong presentation and concept pitching abilities.
• Proven ability to manage creative projects from conception to implementation.
• Solid managerial and leadership competencies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
