About the position

The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will lead creative projects and inspire a diverse team of creatives in New York City. This role focuses on developing and producing innovative marketing campaigns and branding strategies to drive demand for products. The ACD will collaborate closely with various teams to define campaigns and content, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear creative vision and strategy that supports the company's overall goals and brand identity.
• Mentor and motivate a team of creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
• Oversee the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are impactful and on-brand.
• Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand across all touchpoints, including advertising and digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align creative efforts with overall business strategies.
• Establish processes and standards for evaluating creative work and monitor performance to optimize future campaigns.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in creative roles within the advertising industry.
• 5+ years of leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across various channels and platforms.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills to inspire and influence teams and stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and project management systems.
