About the position

The Associate Creative Director at Blue Hour Studios is responsible for leading creative development and execution across various formats, ensuring that the content produced aligns with client briefs while fostering a collaborative environment. This role emphasizes original and effective creative thinking, mentoring junior team members, and maintaining high standards of craft in content production.

Responsibilities

• Lead creative development from idea to execution.
• Consistently generate original and effective creative ideas with minimal oversight.
• Foster collaborative relationships with clients, production partners, and internal teams.
• Lead client presentations of creative ideas and strategically defend creative choices.
• Develop and adapt a brand's tone of voice across various platforms and media.
• Maintain high levels of craft while adapting concepts to fit budgets and timelines.
• Manage multiple client briefs and deliverables simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor and manage junior employees through collaboration.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in creative and content production for brands or businesses.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
• Fluency in presentation and slide design in Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven track record of managing creative processes through pre-production, production, and post.
