About the position

As an Associate Creative Director at BambooHR, you will lead the creative direction for various campaigns and initiatives, managing a team of creatives to develop innovative and engaging content. This role requires a strong creative leader who can inspire a team, oversee the development of creative assets, and collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure high-quality outputs that align with marketing goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creative strategy and execution for assigned marketing program areas.
  • Manage and mentor a team of creative professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee the development of all creative assets, ensuring they are compelling and on brand.
  • Provide clear vision, direction, and feedback on creative outputs.
  • Work with senior stakeholders to define project scopes and allocate resources effectively.
  • Present creative concepts and progress to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into the creative workflow.
  • Work effectively with agency and contract partners.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing to meet deadlines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing successful marketing campaigns and creative projects.
  • Proficient in concepting and communicating concepts visually and in writing.
  • Working knowledge of web development, video production, and go-to-market motions.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with design and project management tools.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute creatively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and partnership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Creative Copywriting, Video Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous experience on an in-house Creative team.
  • Previous experience working directly in the SaaS industry.
