About the position

CemtrexLabs (C-Labs) is seeking an Associate Creative Director to support the Creative Director in developing strategies, monitoring performance, and overseeing creative teams. This role involves collaboration with design, sales, and marketing teams, participating in brainstorming sessions, and ensuring effective implementation of innovative concepts that align with client objectives. The Associate Creative Director will guide the design and 3D teams, provide constructive feedback, and present concept pitches to clients, all while maintaining brand identities and striving for excellence in creative output.

Responsibilities

• Support the Creative Director in developing strategies and monitoring performance.
• Oversee and guide creative teams in executing innovative concepts.
• Collaborate with design, sales, and marketing teams during brainstorming sessions.
• Ensure effective implementation of concepts that meet client objectives.
• Articulate feedback and provide constructive oversight to elevate creative products.
• Develop and present concept pitches to potential clients.
• Seek out new messaging innovations and technologies to cultivate new concepts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Associate Creative Director in a design or marketing agency.
• 5+ years of overall creative experience.
• Strong digital portfolio showcasing creative work.
• Superior strategic thinking and creative skills (written, visual, and conceptual).
• Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent client service and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and ability to work with diverse team members.
• Highly skilled in Sketch; moderate knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Experience with Vectary, Reality Composer, Tilt Brush, or Quill is a huge plus.
• Broad understanding of UX/UI, typography, color theory, and current design trends.
