About the position

The Associate Creative Director will lead the in-house creative marketing team at Union Home Mortgage Corp, focusing on content development and brand differentiation. This role involves translating business strategies into innovative creative concepts, collaborating with a team of videographers, designers, and writers, and ensuring seamless execution of projects across various channels and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise core creative group within the marketing department, providing creative direction, inspiration, guidance, and feedback.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and internal partners to set the creative strategy to bring the UHM brand to life across initiatives.
• Develop creative platforms and design concepts that meet business objectives of the organization, advance UHM's brand strategy and differentiate the brand.
• Provide support for strategies, graphics, video and content writing initiatives.
• Review and perform quality control to ensure all work adheres to brand standards.
• Maintain brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
• Support and coach the creative team on their professional development and coaching toward professional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a Marketing related field.
• 7+ years of experience in a similar role with an agency or brand, financial services a big plus.
• Proven leadership skills with several years of experience with people management.
• Natural storyteller, with excellent writing skills and ability to bring the brand to life.
• Strong ability to provide clear creative direction and provide timely and helpful feedback to improve the creative team's workflow and processes.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to translate creative concepts to key stakeholders and internal business partners.
• Creative problem solver with ability to think outside of the box.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
