About the position

The Associate Creative Lead (ACL) at Gia-Pacific's in-house agency, TreeHouse, is a strategic and collaborative role focused on leading creative project teams to deliver impactful content for both consumer and B2B brands. This position requires a blend of creative vision, leadership, and business acumen to inspire excellence and drive innovation within the team. The ACL will supervise art directors, manage multiple projects, and ensure high-quality deliverables while fostering a culture of inclusivity and creativity.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and mentor the art direction team, providing feedback and guidance.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative environment that values diverse perspectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities.
  • Lead creative project teams to ensure excellence across various platforms.
  • Provide creative direction throughout the ideation, development, and execution of campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align creative solutions with business goals.
  • Manage resources, timelines, and approvals for smooth project delivery.
  • Champion brand standards and creative excellence across all deliverables.
  • Stay current on emerging trends and technologies to optimize workflows.
  • Act as a hands-on leader when needed, contributing to creative development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience leading creative teams in a corporate or agency setting.
  • 5 years of experience developing creative concepts and campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns from concept to production.
  • Experience delivering integrated content across digital, social, broadcast, and experiential platforms.
  • Portfolio showcasing leadership in creative direction and high-quality content.
  • Expertise in design fundamentals and branding principles.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
  • Experience with project management tools like Workfront.
