About the position

As an Associate Creative Lead at Rose International, you will be instrumental in shaping the creative direction and execution of various digital projects. This role requires a strong leader who can guide a team of designers and copywriters, ensuring that all creative work aligns with the strategic goals of the business while upholding a high standard of creative excellence. You will be responsible for overseeing the creative process from concept to completion, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and expectations. In this position, you will leverage your extensive experience in digital design and advertising to mentor and inspire your team. You will be expected to maintain a strong digital portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity. Your expertise in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma will be crucial in executing high-quality designs. You will also need to demonstrate a solid understanding of typography, composition, and color theory, as well as the ability to work with supplied key art and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. The Associate Creative Lead role is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence three days a week in Bothell, WA. This temporary position is expected to last for approximately 39 months, and candidates must be located near the Bothell area to be considered. Strong verbal communication skills are essential, as you will need to effectively convey concepts and solutions to both your team and stakeholders. Your ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment while maintaining precise attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Guide the creative vision and execution for various digital projects.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years minimum advertising agency or in-house agency digital experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, art direction, art, communications, marketing or equivalent experience.
  • Strong digital portfolio showcasing relevant work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience with After Effects, 3D, and video production.
  • Knowledge of page layout in Figma.
  • Strong typography, composition skills, and color sense.
  • Understanding of technical limitations and emerging technologies.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
  • Precise attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal communication skills necessary to effectively communicate concepts and solutions.
  • Proven experience leading a team of copywriters and designers.

Nice-to-haves

  • Telecom experience is a plus.
