About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking to support customers with inquiries and issues related to financial products and services. This role involves providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers and improve inquiries or issues with empathy regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat.
  • Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience while adhering to work guidelines, policies, and regulations.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems to assist customers effectively.
  • Escalate questions and issues to more senior employees.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and professionalism.
  • Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication.
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives and navigate multiple computer systems.
  • Knowledge and experience of internet, mobile, and social media technology.
