About the position

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Customer Service Representative in Everyday Banking to support customers with inquiries and issues related to financial products and services. This role involves providing a best-in-class customer experience through various communication channels in a fast-paced environment. The position requires empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems while adhering to company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support customers with inquiries and issues regarding financial products and services through various channels such as phone, text, chat, and video chat.
  • Perform routine tasks such as answering inquiries, resolving problems, and providing a best-in-class customer experience.
  • Adhere to work guidelines, policies, and regulations while navigating multiple computer systems.
  • Escalate questions and issues to more senior employees as necessary.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • Bilingual speaking and reading proficiency in Spanish/English.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening and resolving customer issues efficiently.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-demand, metric-driven call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with integrity and professionalism.
  • Military experience resolving complex issues via written or verbal communication.
  • Ability to meet or exceed business goals and navigate multiple computer systems.
