About the position

The Analyst Customer Service role at Alight is focused on delivering timely and accurate customer service through various communication mediums, including phone and web chat. This position requires effective communication skills to articulate complex client plans and provisions, ensuring a positive participant experience. The Analyst will adhere to service level agreements and contribute to meeting client targets while fostering a culture of continuous self-learning and development.

Responsibilities

  • Spend 100% of production time logged in on calls or web chat.
  • Answer calls and chats with a focus on delivering positive customer satisfaction.
  • Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified manner to help participants make informed decisions.
  • Maintain internal and client-defined quality standards on calls.
  • Contribute positively to meeting client SLAs and targets.
  • Adhere to Customer Service Attendance and Accountability policies.
  • Ensure Customer Service Representative, Team, and Client level targets are met or exceeded consistently.
  • Take complete ownership of self-learning and development.

Requirements

  • Graduate in a listed discipline (BA, B.Com, BCA) with aggregate marks of >=55% and no gaps or failures throughout graduation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience in International Customer Service (Voice).
  • Working knowledge of computers (Diploma or short-term course).
