About the position

The Associate Customer Success Manager at Global Payments is responsible for overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for a designated group of clients. This role focuses on ensuring quality service and operational performance, developing client relationships, and identifying service needs to enhance client satisfaction and reduce downtime. The position acts as the primary contact for clients, coordinating the resolution of service incidents and collaborating with sales and support teams to demonstrate the value of Global Payments' offerings.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee support and service activities for assigned clients.
  • Ensure quality service and operational performance within program standards.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their business needs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients to coordinate service incident resolutions.
  • Collaborate with sales and support groups to identify opportunities for expanded support business.
  • Participate in client business reviews and present relevant information to improve client business.
  • Ensure invoice accuracy and manage billing disputes for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and close cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop account and contact plans to understand client strategies and needs.
  • Support the renewal of client contracts and manage sales support resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles or the financial industry.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
