About the position

The Associate Customer Success Manager is responsible for overseeing enterprise-level support and service activities for Global Payments' products and services for designated clients. This role focuses on ensuring quality service and operational performance, developing client relationships, and identifying service needs to minimize downtime and support costs. The position acts as the primary contact for clients, coordinating the resolution of service incidents and collaborating with internal teams to enhance client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee enterprise-level support and service activities for assigned clients.
  • Ensure quality service and operational performance within program standards.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to identify service needs.
  • Act as the single point of contact for clients to coordinate service incident resolutions.
  • Support clients by identifying product support and development needs.
  • Conduct client business reviews and align client needs with internal solutions.
  • Manage invoice accuracy and resolve billing disputes for assigned accounts.
  • Identify and close cross-sell opportunities to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop account and contact plans to engage with clients effectively.
  • Support the renewal of client contracts and manage sales support resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in client-facing roles or the financial industry.
